Please submit the people you want to be on your table.
Please include their full name and bsms email address so we can cross check their ticket purchase.
Please only one form per table
Don’t worry if you don’t have 10 people. Just put the people you want to sit with and we will sort the rest out!
If you have a party bigger than 10, submit 2 forms then let Nick or Carina know and we will put the tables next to eachother!
